Frequently asked questions
About placing requests, price lists, registered companies and our products.
Orders & Requests
How do I place a request?
Enter the quantities you need in the fruit or vegetable list and add them to your cart. On the cart page, tick "Call me" or "Send the price list", fill in your company details and send your request; our team will get back to you.
How can I find out the prices?
Prices are not published on the site. Add the products to your cart and tick "Send the price list" – the current prices of the items in your cart will be sent to your e-mail address.
What is the "My company is registered" option?
Our registered customer companies search for their company name on the cart page and verify with the last 4 digits of their registered phone number. They can then send a request without re-entering their details and turn it directly into an order.
How do I register my company as a customer?
Registration is done by our sales team. You can send your first request with the "I'm a new customer" option or write to us from the contact page.
What happens after I send my request?
Your request is saved with a tracking number and forwarded to our team. Depending on the option you chose, we call you or send the price list by e-mail.
Products & Seasons
Which units can I order in?
Most products are sold by the kilogram. Greens such as parsley and dill are sold by the bunch, and items such as lettuce and artichoke by the piece. The unit is shown on each product card.
What do "In season" and "Out of season" mean?
Products available at the wholesale market this month are listed at the top as "In season". You can still request out-of-season products; our team will let you know about availability.
How do I request a product that is not listed?
Use the "Other" card at the bottom of the fruit and vegetable pages: enter the product name, unit and quantity and add it to your cart.
What does the "Not available now" label mean?
The product is temporarily out of stock and cannot be added to the cart. The label disappears as soon as it is back.
